Compressor and its entire constituent components are tested for metallurgy, dimension & structure by independent quality engineers and supervisors.

Each component is tested according to its property, for example a cylinder liner is tested for its ovality This test is undertaken at various stages. For piston the piston ring grooves are tested for uniformity with special gauges. delivery valve assembly is given for liquid leak test and pressure test. In addition clearance is checked between components such as cylinder liner and piston. Strict tolerance limit are adhered for various bores in a crankcase.
